Accessibility
A website everyone can use.
aha!copy wants every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology, to be able to read this site, book a call and buy a training.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard the U.S. Department of Justice points to for websites under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we have done so far:
- Text and background colors meet the AA contrast ratios.
- Every page works with a keyboard, shows where you are, and has a "Skip to main content" link.
- Images have text descriptions, and form fields have labels.
- Moving video can be paused, and animations turn off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages work when zoomed and on small phone screens.
Known limitations
Some older Copy Talk slides and portfolio samples are images of designed pieces. If you need the words in any of them, ask and we will send you the text.
