Before
A nonprofit set their sights on a $500M campaign anchored to their community, and needed to know if it was realistic before committing time, money and donor goodwill to launching it.
Process
We spoke directly to existing and prospective donors, researched local giving capacity and historical campaign performance, and surfaced the pros, the cons, and the observations the leadership team couldn't see from the inside.
Result
The campaign could work, with some directional pivots. With all of the real data in front of them, they were able to assess the right first move, so the next dollar spent was a confident one.
