Before

A nonprofit set their sights on a $500M campaign anchored to their community, and needed to know if it was realistic before committing time, money and donor goodwill to launching it.

Process

How does a 50-year-old nonprofit re-engage its crowd for its anniversary?

Before

A nonprofit hitting 50 years needed more than a celebration. They needed to reactivate a community that had drifted and turn a milestone into momentum.

Process

We researched the organization's core pillars, sent a survey to the wider community, and interviewed live supporters to hear what the anniversary actually meant to them.

Result

A list of selling points and a 5-level engagement plan that turned the anniversary into a year-long reactivation campaign. The launch event — the Yud-Tes Kislev gathering — drew 320 attendees (up from 180 the year before, a 78% lift). 175 signed up on the spot to become Ambassadors of Light, taking on 8 active missions.
